Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the SUPANOVA name and branding, design, layout, text, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SUPANOVA. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, up to date or free from error. Applications submitted through this website are considered in accordance with the relevant vacancy and our application process. Submitting an application, or a general introduction where no vacancy is advertised, does not guarantee a response, an interview, an offer or employment. Vacancies may be amended, paused or withdrawn at any time.

New Voice is a developing creator network initiative by SUPANOVA. Joining the waitlist registers your interest only. It does not guarantee acceptance, membership, opportunities, introductions, representation or participation, and the shape, timing and availability of the initiative may change.

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee acceptance into the network, the publication of a profile, or any introductions, opportunities or commercial arrangements. Creator profiles are published only after the creator has reviewed and approved them, and may be amended, unpublished or removed at any time. Shortlists saved in the directory are stored only in your own browser and are not visible to us.

New Voice is not a talent agency or an automated marketplace. Introductions and commercial arrangements are handled personally by SUPANOVA and, unless separately agreed in writing, no agency, representation or client relationship is created by using the directory.

This website may link to external websites, including social platforms. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website, without notice, for maintenance or other business reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
